Dreams really do come true in Joshua Tree National Park. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to shoot there, and these two beautiful folks were up for the journey with me.

I wanted it to be casual, for them to wake up together and have their morning coffee, for them to get ready together, for them to frolic through the desert together, for them to read their love letters to each other, for them to EAT CAKE! The details were important. Gorgeous invitations, cool groom accessories, SUPERB floral additions, and again, THAT CAKE (it was flippin’ delicious).

Between the cutest little desert cabin, a HAMMOCK (dreamy dreams, people!!), that insane lace dress from the wedding dress gods, and the desert winds, it was everything I could have asked for!!! We had an awesome ceremony/vow reading set up, but the strongest winds I have ever witnessed blew it all away, so we just quickly did their readings in front of the house (which was as beautiful as any other spot for 100 miles) and ate cake in the house where we didn’t have to freeze!

All in all, it was a magical day. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you Joshua Tree gods and thank you to my beautiful couple!!!! Have a look at this magnificent day… <3
